24 February – 06 March 2020, the SED welcomed Mr. Pranav Singh, the Kiva fellow. During the period, the Kiva fellow visited borrowers in Surin province under the project of “Individual Loan Product for Women Entrepreneur (Kiva Loan)” who brought the loan to invest in diverse businesses such as a restaurant, silk weaving, and handicraft shop. Furthermore, the Kiva fellow organized the meeting with SED’s staffs to provide technical assistance on microfinance as well.
Every month, the SED provides a microloan with an amount of almost one million THB to support a local entrepreneur. In August 2020, the SED in cooperation with Kiva lent
